A prized deep waterfront in Sydney’s beachside holiday playground, which rents for up to $35,000 a week, has sold for a whopping price, the biggest for the area so far this year.
Gaelforce as it is known, has sold for around its price guide of $19.5 million, agent Peter Robinson, of LJ Hooker Palm Beach confirmed.
He could not reveal the actual sale price but said it was in line with the guide. The buyer has also not been revealed, however is believed to have bought the property as a part time home and holiday investment.
